Having spent a lifetime in sport—and now specializing in endurance training—I bring both personal and professional experience to support your running journey. By coaching you to not only improve as a runner, but also to guide you to understand what, how, and why you train. Join me in consistently training towards my next goals, from a faster 5k to running further than I have before.

Follow a plan, with feedback
Follow a pre-made 12-16 week plan for your set distance. Weekly feedback on sessions and ongoing support and discussion on progress.

Sport Performance Training
Sessions planned to enhance performance at your specific sport. Meeting your individual or positional demands.

Consultations
Organise an hour appointment to discuss your training ambitions. Whether its advise on where to start with getting into running, trying to choose events and what's needed in training and on the day, or general advise on lifestyle and dieting. £20 per 1 hour consultation.
